Hok has over 120 playable heroes and six different classes of heroes. The game debuted in 2015 in China and was later available in Brazil. The astonishing part of its success is that, despite its limited ability, it had over 200 million registered users until 2024. According to its social media page, it has 100 million daily active users.
Arke is the 123rd hero to be released within HoK. She will be a part of the assassin class within the game. The Hero is slated to launch on the global servers on Jan. 18 worldwide. She will have two active skills within the game, one passive and an ultimate skill. Arke will be released in Hok with an exclusive skin known as Loving Nurse that will be on sale for 60 tokens.

Passive
- Arke has a very unique passive skill within the game. Her passive is known as the kiss of death. Due to this skill, all attacks launched from behind the enemy will have a 100% crit rate, whereas all attacks from the front will never be a critical hit.
- Within Honor of Kings, a critical hit’s damage is double that of a normal hit. Like an assassin attacks his enemy from a blind spot, this passive is meant to emulate it. Attacks from the front to jungle monsters receive a slight damage boost.
Skill 1: Arclight
- Arke’s first skill is known as Arclight. Within this, she wields her twin blades and attacks the enemy twice.
- If she hits the enemy from behind, this skill will do double damage.
Skill 2: Crescent Wave
- Her second skill is known as Crescent Wave. During this skill, Arke dashes forward, making the enemy in her path.
- All attacks on the marked enemy will slow them with each hit while reducing the cooldown on this skill.
- The damage from the marked enemy is decreased as well.
Ultimate
- Arke’s ultimate skill in Honor of Kings is the Phantom Dance. This skill grants her stealth (making her invisible), granting her a speed boost and health recovery and attacking the enemy while stealth fully removing her from her invisibility but increasing her physical attack.
- Getting a kill or assist after activating her ultimate results in a cooldown reset of all her skills.
It feels like Arke’s kit is focused more on her movement as an assassin sneaking in and securing the final blow to take down her enemies. Only time will tell how this hero will perform in the various game modes within Honor of Kings.
Recently, Honor of Kings also announced their first collaboration in 2025 with the popular Disney movie franchise Frozen for an exclusive in-game event.
