Combo Breaker is returning for a new 2025 instalment. The fighting game esports tournament features a ton of the biggest games with some fantastic pros taking part. The event is coming to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the tournament series, and it’s the ninth ever held. Taking place in Illinois, this is what you can expect at Combo Breaker 2025:

Combo Breaker 2025 is going to be one of the bigger events this month, with the tournament being a part of the Esports World Cup qualification and circuits like the Capcom Cup. The tournament will be held at the Schaumburg Convention Center. It’s taking place over May 23-25th. With each tournament staggered across the weekend.
We’re going to see a wide variety of games at Combo Breaker 2025. There are the biggest titles which are getting the full treatment, but some smaller titles are getting community side tournaments too. These are all of the games that are due to be featured:

As you can tell Combo Breaker 2025 is pretty expansive. We’re getting main tournaments for the biggest fighting games at the moment, with some of them as parts of the wider circuits for these games. However, there’s also going to be smaller games featured. Like different versions of SF and Mortal Kombat. Even SF Vs Tekken is getting a tournament.

How to Watch Combo Breaker 2025
Combo Breaker 2025 is going to take place in Illinois, but like any big event you can follow along at home too. It’s a little broken up though. A community channel on Twitch should capture most of the action. If there’s a specific game you want to follow though, its normal Twitch channel will be where you can catch the full tournament.
For example, the SF 6 tournament should be on the Capcom Fighters channel. The Tekken tournament on the Tekken stream. Tampa Never Sleeps will be showing some too. The main stream will focus on the finals, but if there’s one fighting game esports title you can want to catch entirely then its own Twitch is where it’ll be.
