On your system home screen, right-click and then select NVIDIA Control Panel.
On the application on the left-hand side, click on the manage 3D settings option.
Scroll down and make sure DSR- Factors are turned off.
Then click on the change resolution option in the display subsection.

Scroll down and click on the Customize button.
