Samsung and Moonrock have announced the Galaxy Gear Up Cup which will bring the top Call of Duty Mobile and PC professionals together. They will compete in COD Mobile for a share of the $100,000 prize pool at the LVL UP Expo in Las Vegas. Here’s everything you need to know about the event.

Call of Duty Galaxy Gear Up 2025: Everything you need to know
The Galaxy Gear Up Cup 2025 will happen on April 25, from 3PM ET onwards and will be broadcasted live on the Samsung US Twitch channel.
Four teams will compete, each led by a COD Mobile pro, with the remaining four players being console or PC players. The teams will selected based on a draft earlier this month. Therefore, they have been practicing together for quite some time, ensuring top-notch action for fans.
The team captains are Jezz, Marshy, Space, and Thano. Some of the notable PC and console players include Aydan, LuckyChamu, Primroze, HusKerrs, Destroy, and Noemi.
The tournament features a single-elimination bracket, with each match being a best-of-five. This will feature the following game modes:
- Game 1: Hard Point
- Game 2: CoDM Pros 1v1 Free for All
- Game 3: Search and Destroy
- Game 4: Hard Point
- Game 5: Search and Destroy
Interestingly, teams will be heavily dependent on their team captain for victory. This is because the second game will feature a 1v1 CODM pro free-for-all match.
The winner of this entire showdown will get the lion’s share of the $100,000 prize pool. That’s not all, though, as the event will also feature a 1v1 finale.
1v1 Show Match Finale
After the Call of Duty Galaxy Gear Up Cup main event ends, the captains of two winning teams will battle it out in a 1v1, best-of-three showdown. The winner will receive an additional $15,000.
