Fortnite Galactus was a major character in the storyline at one point. He arrived at the end of Chapter 2 Season 3 as one of the many threats to the Zero Point and was the main villain in the all-Marvel Chapter 2 Season 4. With the new Fantastic Four movie trailer teasing the character for the upcoming film, it’s worth wondering if the Marvel supervillain might ever come back to the game in the future.

Will Galactus Return to Fortnite?
Galactus was the villain during a Fortnite season, but he never got a skin. However, on an interesting note, the official Wiki says that Galactus is “an Epic Outfit in Fortnite, that is currently unreleased.” That could mean that one day, there is a Galactus skin. For now, there hasn’t been.
He could return as a villain again, but that’s pretty unlikely. There haven’t been many repeat villains. It wouldn’t make a lot of sense, though. There have been two Marvel seasons, and they’ve featured Galactus and Doctor Doom as the main villains. Even excluding the minor villains, like Mysterio or Emma Frost, there are so many other villains primed for the next Marvel season.
Additionally, there was just a Marvel season a few months ago in Chapter 5 Season 4. It’s unlikely that they do another one any time soon. Certainly, it won’t be in time to match with the release of Fantastic Four this summer. That doesn’t mean that Galactus can’t come to the game, though.
Circling back to the unreleased skin, there is plenty of precedent for seasonal villains getting skins. Geno, Cube Queen, Midas, and so many others have been given skins. Those were within the season they arrived in, so adding Galactus to Fortnite years after he was in the game would be sort of unprecedented.
They could and very well might add Fantastic Four skins for when the movie comes out. There haven’t been any aside from the Silver Surfer, and if Galactus is in the new movie, he could get a skin. It may not be the villain from Chapter 2, but it’s certainly plausible. This is not based on any insider information. There’s currently no evidence of a Galactus Fortnite skin or his return.
