The Medallion feature in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 2 is still in the game, although in a reduced capacity. At the start of each round, the only medallion available is this one! But how can you get the Unstoppable medallion in Fortnite.
Compared to Chapter 5 having a full spread of medallions at launch, it’s a lot more restrained. However, the Unstoppable medallion is still a prize worth searching out. It’s a medallion with a completely unique effect. A power up you can’t get in any other part of the game. What’s more, it can be a little tricky to track down. In Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 2, the medallion isn’t sitting still. It spawns in a different place in every game.
How can you track down the Unstoppable medallion in every game of Fortnite? While it moves around, it’s simple enough to find. And taking down the boss isn’t the most difficult task once you know how:

How to Get the Unstoppable Medallion in Fortnite
In Fortnite, boss characters have become a pretty constant part of the game. They’ve been around for most of the Fortnite seasons at this point. In Chapter 6 Season 2, there’s only this one boss at the start of the game though. Take him down, and you’ll be able to get a Mythic weapon (unless you’re in tournaments, where that and two other Fortnite weapons are removed) and the Unstoppable Medallion.
The Medallion spawns with the Fletcher Kane boss, who moves around. Where can you find him?
Spawn Points for the Medallion
The Medallion and boss will drop in one of a few specific locations each game. You’ll be able to tell where he is based on the map. An icon of the medallion appears on the mini-map while it’s unclaimed. Just like the other medallions. However, you’ll have to check which of the locations before you commit to one. It means you need to look at the map before you jump and figure out your landing spot. These are the locations where he can spawn:
- Masked Meadows
- Lonewolf Lair
- Crime City
- The Train
Even once you head here, he won’t just be wondering around. The boss character will only spawn once a vault opens up. You’ll need to begin your heist. And then you get to a later wave where the boss appears. Take him down to get the medallion.

Fletcher Kane Boss Fight
Once you’ve dropped in, grabbed the best Fortnite weapons, and proceeded through most of the vault break, you’ll meet Fletcher Kane.
The first part of the fight is simple. He basically just wanders like your typical NPC. You just drill away his shield. The second side of the fight is different though. Once you destroy his shield, he transforms into a more furious wolf form. With attacks that resemble the old werewolf item from Fortnite Nightmares.
In this stage, he’ll do a melee combo on you which can deal good damage if you don’t stop him. The best way of keeping him at bay in this section is to build through the melee attacks. Stopping him from actually landing his hit. Every combo, he stops to howl at nothing. Where he stands perfectly still. It pretty much only takes one cycle to defeat him after this.
Once you’ve killed him, he’ll drop the Unstoppable Medallion!

What Does the Unstoppable Medallion in Fortnite Do?
The new Fortnite Unstoppable Medallion has a completely unique effect! Pick it up, and you’ll get a special status. While holding it, you get increased speed, and you can knockback players. They work like Nitro, but without the build breaking effects. Plus, you’ve still got the vault to raid, with it opening after the boss fight concludes.

The Unstoppable Medallion is the only way to get this effect. Plus, it stacks with the gold effect, and the bat’s change to your stamina meter. Chain all your three and you’ve got impressive speed. A lot of players are likely trying to get a knockback Victory Royale at some point this season too, but they’ll have to grab the medallion first.
