However, while it has a dicey start Mortal Kombat 1 has been growing with every update. The next of these will introduce the latest DLC character Ghost Face. Who are they and why are they coming to Mortal Kombat?

Next Mortal Combat Fighter
The next DLC character to be part of the Khaos Reign part of Mortal Kombat is going to be Ghost Face. The white masked killer from the scream franchise. A well-known slasher, Ghost Face will be in Mortal Kombat 1 as a guest character.
While a lot of fighters do guest characters, Mortal Kombat’s particularly bloody approach to its fighters is always interesting for this kind of thing. We can a version of the character that can get as violent as they do in source material. Hopefully, there’s some impressive Mortal Kombat brutalities planned here too.
When Does Ghost Face Release?
The next fighter will release in Mortal Kombat 1 starting early for players who purchased the full pass for DLC. That early access will begin on November 19th. They’ll be released to the general audience a little later, but everyone will see Ghost Face online starting in November.
Each new addition is expanding the Mortal Kombat 1 roster out. Hopefully they can continue to improve on gameplay and make MK 1 a more interestingly balanced fighter. They have a ton of potential for an fun move set. While he’s a bit more grounded in reality than some characters in the game, the source material for Ghost Face leaves a lot of space for fun.
