Into The Breach, better known as ITB, recently announced their return to competitive Dota 2 scene, under the banner ITB.SHUFFLE.
The star of the debut is none other than Ivan “MinD_ContRoL” Ivanov, who reportedly built and will be leading this Dota 2 team.

ITB.SHUFFLE’s Dota 2 Division Debut
ITB.SHUFFLE acquired the roster of Team Jigglin, which have been playing together for past few weeks. Considering the decent performance they had, it didn’t take long before ITB.SHUFFLE wanted the line-up for their Dota 2 division’s return.
The roster consists of:
- Bilguun “423” Altanginj
- Philipp “Copy” Bühler
- Ivan “MinD_ContRoL” Ivanov
- Rodrigo “Lelis” Santos
- Tugstur “Se” Dashzevge
Additionally, this roster will also be coached by Robson “TeaGuvnor” Merritt. TeaGuvnor needs no introduction, at least as a Dota 2 Esports caster and commentator. He is a staple in many major tournaments’ talent lists and even The International(TI). However, this isn’t his first time coaching – Merritt coaches Chaos Esports Club in 2019, and the English international side at the Commonwealth Esports Championships in 2022.
MinD_ContRoL’s return
On a different note, many fans are particularly excited for MinD_ContRoL, not only for his appearance in ITB.SHUFFLE but also his return to competitive Dota 2. The former International Champion, is renowned for prowess as an offlane player and for winning TI7 as Team Liquid’s line-up.
Despite these successes during MinD_ContRoL’s prime, his recent pro career has been a shaky one. Not only was he inactive for most of last year’s Dota 2 season, but he was also involved in a controversial beef with Tundra Esports.

Dota 2 Players in ITB.SHUFFLE
The rest of ITB.SHUFFLE, such as 423, Copy and Se, are relatively new to the competitive scene and seemed ordinary at best. Nevertheless, ITB.SHUFFLE proudly shared that MinD_ContRoL and TeaGuvnor built this roster from the ground up, so we will have to see how this roster fare up against the competition this season.
Another seasoned veteran that is overlooked by many is Lelis. Hailing from South America, he has accomplished great heights recently, especially during his time in Nouns Esports and Quincy Crew.
With that, this UK esports org will be tackling the challenging Western European Dota 2 scene, where the best teams in the world currently reside. This includes Team Liquid, Gaimin Gladiators, Tundra Esports, Team Falcons and many more. These teams constituted the the top-four at TI last year, so ITB.SHUFFLE’s roster has a lot to prove if they intend on competing in the same region.
