Best Illaoi Build in LoL Swarm

Thanks to her great tankiness and AoE damage, Illaoi is one of the primary choices in the LoL Swarm tier list. As long as you’re able to unlock her by playing the game mode, it would be best if you always had a champion like her in any team composition.

In this guide, we will be going over the best Illaoi build, going over all the weapons and upgrades you must go for on the champion and maximize her potential while playing.

Best stats upgrade

The list of stats you want to upgrade on Illaoi are:

Duration
Armor
Damage
Health Regen
Max Health
Haste

This is the traditional setup that makes Illaoi a strong and durable tank. If you want a more damage-oriented setup though, consider picking up Crit Chance instead of Armor.

Best weapons for Illaoi in Swarm

If you have decided Illaoi as your main frontline, her weapons must focus on dealing damage whenever she’s close to enemies:

Radiant Field
Iceblast Armor
Vortex Glove
UwU Statikk Sword

If you want to deal more AoE damage, however, you can pick up the following four weapons:

Statikk Sword
Bunny Crossbow
UwU Blaster
Bunny Mega Blast

This will ensure you more damage at the expense of your survivability. Some have also considered Searing Shortbow and The Annihilator but I don’t think it works as well as the other two setups at killing creeps and dealing as much AoE damage as possible.

Always make sure to choose your weapons according to your team composition. If you have a champion like Jinx which we have also covered the best Jinx Swarm build, then chances are you don’t need to deal damage yourself.
