MLBB New Hero Lukas: Skills, Abilities, Release Date, & More

The Advanced Server in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) has revealed its 127th hero, Lukas. The hero can transform into a beast, upgrading his capabilities to a great extent. Looking at the gameplay demonstrations, he is set to become a very popular choice as a special fighter hero with an extremely strong power skill set.

With his release, there’s a lot of buzz among players wanting to try out his skills and see his potential in the game. It’s not revealed how much you’ll have to spend to get him. Lukas in MLBB: Skills explained

Lukas is actually a very strong fighter capable of executing strong combo plays to burst down enemies. His transformation from him to the beast form reminds people of Wolf-form Roger but buffed, literally. The key to mastering this hero is actually focusing on his beast form and dealing damage effectively on the field

Passive: Transient Immortal

In his normal state, Lukas generates 0.5-2 Resolve per second, depending on the rank of his ultimate ability, Unleash the Beast. This passive allows Lukas to gain Resolve, which is needed to cast his ultimate. While Unleash the Beast is active, Lukas consumes 10 resolve per second and will turn off once the Resolve runs out. He also gains Resolve every time he damages an enemy hero.

Skill 1: Flash Combo

Cooldown: 5.5 seconds
Type: AOE (CC Skill)

Here are the details to Lukas’ first skill:

Passive: Lukas gains 1 stack of Vigor for 5 seconds when hitting an enemy in MLBB with his Basic Attack, stacking up to 2 times.
Active: Consumes all Vigor to unleash Pulverize, dealing 300-550 (+100% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage, with additional attacks based on the Vigor consumed.

1 Stack: Briefly stuns the target and follows up with 3 attacks, each dealing 100-200 (+80% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage.
2 Stacks: Briefly stuns the target and follows up with 2 attacks, each dealing 50-100 (+20% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage. After hitting a target, Lukas will spin his tonfa hammers to deal 100 (+80% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage 3 times and pull the enemy toward him.

Skill 2: Flash Step

Lukas dashes in the target direction and enhances his next Basic Attack within 4 seconds into Flash Strike. Flash Strike allows Lukas to blink behind the enemy, dealing 50 (+120% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage, reducing the cooldown of Flash Step by 2 seconds, and increasing his attack speed and movement speed by 30% for 4 seconds.

Type: Mobility Skill (Buff)

His Ultimate, Unleash the Beast, is a force to be reckoned with 

 Lukas transforms into his sacred beast form, enhancing his abilities significantly:

Movement Speed ​​Increase: 30
All Attributes Increase: 15%-20%
Skill Enhancements:

Pulverize (Skill 1): Unleashes a tail swing.
Flash Step (Skill 2): ​​Increased dash distance.
Flash Combo (Skill 1 in Beast Form): Pounces on the target instead of blinking behind them.

Shockwave Blast: In sacred beast form, Lukas fires a shockwave blast in the target direction, exploding upon hitting an enemy hero or reaching its maximum range, dealing 300-500 (+100% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage, and causing three aftershocks, each dealing 80-160 (+25% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage.

Skill Analysis and Meta Impact of Lukas in MLBB 

Abilities give Lukas power to be a mighty fighter with the opportunity to deal substantial burst damage. His passive encourages continued engagement by allowing the fighter to stack resolve and eventually turn into his beast form. Flash Combo is a great source of damage, and it doesn’t have a cooldown if used right. This makes it way more powerful when Lukas transforms into his beast form.
