Fortnite’s Star Wars season is about to get its final update, and a surprising new skin is going to be included, a new Sith Rey Fortnite skin is coming. So far this season, we’ve seen a ton of different skins added from Star Wars. But for this last update, we’ve ran out of the skins that were revealed when the season first launched. What’s coming next has been a bit of a mystery! According to leakers, this will be our next Star Wars skin.
So far, the Galactic Battle season has been introducing more and more Fortnite Star Wars skins. This includes some stragglers of characters from films not added into the game yet, but also entirely new creations of Fortnite. Like the Darth Jar Jar skin. The Sith Rey Fortnite skin is a bit of a creative on too. While a version of the character made a brief appearance, it’s a bit of a strange pick for a skin! According to the leaks it’ll be in the game very soon.

Sith Rey Fortnite Skin in Next Update
The next update for Fortnite Galactic Battle is going to be focused around the Star Destroyer rift feature, where players can control the battleship. However, in the shop we’ll get more new Star Wars skins. The Sith Rey Fortnite skin might be one of our last new Star Wars skins before the season ends! It’s going to come to the item shop as an individual skin or a bundle. These are the items according to leaker HypeX:
- Skin – 1,500 V-Bucks
- Bundle – 2,000 V-Bucks
- Backling – 400 V-Bucks
- Dagger Pickaxe – 500 V-Bucks
- Speeder Glider – 800 V-Bucks
- Wrap – 500 V-Bucks
- Jakku Barter Emote – 300 V-Bucks
- Sandcrawler Emote – 500 V-Bucks
That’s what’s supposed to be coming. It’s a Sith version of Rey, which will contrast the current Rey skin we already have. When exactly are we expecting it to release?
When Will it Come to the Item Shop?
We’re expecting the skin to be added into the files with the next Fortnite update, but there’s often a slight delay between that and it actually being purchasable. In terms of its actual release date in the shop, it’s supposedly going to release on May 31st. So, it’ll be available for the final week before the season ends and we move on from Star Wars for a little bit.
