French esports organization Team Vitality have announced the signing of rising Tekken 8 talent Neia, who enjoyed a breakout season in 2025.

Just 16 years old, Neia has quickly emerged as one of the most exciting young prospects in the European Tekken scene. After a series of standout performances across major events last year, including a strong showing at EVO France in Nice, she has committed to representing Team Vitality for the next two competitive seasons.

Under the Vitality banner, Neia will develop alongside an experienced fighting games roster, including Tekken stars Jeon “Jeondding” Sanghyeon, who last year signed a five-year contract extension with Vitality, and Rey “KingReyJr” Escanio. They also have top Fatal Fury players in H-DOPE, K-TOPE, and CientifiKOF.

Rapid Rise Through French Scene

Neia first came to prominence in June 2025 during a Kayane Session hosted at V.Hive, Team Vitality’s Paris headquarters, where she caught the attention of French champion and content creator Kayane. Competing against high-level opposition, Neia’s confident performances — including wins over established players — quickly set her apart.

That early momentum carried into the second half of the year, with a 13th-place finish at Ultimate Fighting Arena in September followed by her breakthrough international run at EVO France in October, where she finished 17th and eliminated several established competitors.

Her upward trajectory continued in December at Galaxian Explosion, where she placed fourth — her best result to date — after reaching the top eight and defeating fellow Frenchman Georges “Jodd” Nguende along the way.

In 2026, Neia will be hoping to place her name right alongside the most elite Tekken 8 players and prove she’s here to stay. And if she is, she’s got a lot of time to build a legacy in the esport.
