One of the big new collabs will be here very soon, now with a ton of skins leaked, but when is Adventure Time coming to Fortnite? Like a lot of major collabs, the build-up has happened quickly. With leaks pointing towards the characters coming very soon, and now the files apparently all lined up for a release soon. Epic is even officially teasing the Adventure Time Fortnite skins. But when exactly is the release?

Usually with skin releases like this, we’ve got the idea that they’re coming to the item shop but no official date. The item shop rotation happens every day, but we just don’t know what’s arriving exactly on a day-to-day level. For the Fortnite Adventure Time skins, we actually have a good idea of what to expect and when they’ll come to the game. This is what we know so far:

When is Adventure Time Coming to Fortnite?

We’re expecting Adventure Time to come to Fortnite around April 11th. So far, we’ve seen a teaser for them which should mean they’re in line to drop pretty quickly.

Although, sometimes skins get held longer than planned. Epic’s teaser does include an exact release date, Friday April 11th. So we can most likely expect Adventure Time to release at this point.

What’s Coming?

This will be a major collab but what exactly are we expecting? From the official tease, there’s four characters that should arrive. We’re expecting Finn the Human and Jake the Dog, the two leads. However, we’ll also be getting Princess Bubblegum and the Vampire, Marceline.

These skins definitely represent the world of Adventure Time pretty expansively. It’s missing the Ice King, the other major part of the cast. Although, the other four will be a big enough challenge to fit into the Fortnite hitbox standard, before we get to a strangely shaped character like Ice King.

The collab is coming after Warner Bros has shifted their approach to their IP. Moving from using characters like Jake and Finn in their own games like MultiVersus, over to bringing them into Fortnite. It’s actually the second major Warner Bros collab this season, so it seems they’re wasting no time getting their characters into Battle Royale.
