The Marvel Rivals Championship is back again with its Season 2, called Hellfire Gala. This time it is set to be even bigger and crazier. Players from everywhere are joining in, to win the prize and this is how you can too.

The Hellfire Gala Championship is happening in three main regions – Americas, EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa), and Pacific. Both PC and console players can join, but they must play at their own regional times. You will find it quite challenging if you’re in a different time zone from your teammates.
Marvel Rivals Season 2: Hellfire Gala Championship Format
First part of the event is the Open Qualifiers, they will happen on June 7 and 8. If you make it into the top one hundred twenty-eight, you go straight to the next level. Teams ranked one hundred twenty-nine to five hundred twelve still have a shot in the Closed Qualifiers on June 14 and 15.
Then the best one hundred twenty-eight teams from there move to the final rounds – that is the Double Elimination stage. It runs from June 21 to July 6, across three weekends. Matches start as best-of-3, then later best-of-5, and finally best-of-7 in the finals. The final games will be streamed on Twitch and YouTube on July 5 and 6.
Hellfire Gala Championship Prize Pool
Each region is giving out $14,500 in total. The winning team gets $6,000! Even teams who finish ninth to sixteenth will still get $200. Here’s what the winners receive:
- 1st Place – $6,000
- 2nd Place – $3,000
- 3rd Place – $1,500
- 4th Place – $800
- 5th-8th – $400 per team
- 9th-16th – $200 per team
Sign Up Rules
To join, you have to register via the “Tournament” page inside the game; there is no other way. Sign-ups are open from May 10 to June 7. Every team needs at least six players, and all players must be at least sixteen years old.
If someone is still underage in their country, they need a permission paper from their parents or guardians. Players from outside the main regions can still join any region, but you can only choose one to play. Alongside the Hellfire Gala Championship, Marvel Rivals Ignite 2025 also kicked off in May.
