While many fans are just ecstatic about a new patch in the Spring Forward update, for keen-eyed cosmetic-lovers, there’s also a brand new treasure – the Spring 2025 Heroes’ Hoard. With all the sets (extremely roughly) themed around Spring Time, and likely sourced from some of the collector’s cache voting we did back during Crownfall, it’s the perfect way to get in that seasonal mood.
But beyond that, there’s also the opportunity to get your hands on not one, but three past released Personas. The kid-voker persona (Acolyte of the Lost Arts), femme Anti-Mage (Disciple’s Path), and the male Phantom Assassin persona (Exile Unveiled). The Exile Unveiled Persona in particular hasn’t been available since 2022, so it’s a great chance to grab it. Remember, each set using a Persona fully unlocks the base Persona as well.

How To Get The Spring 2025 Heroes’ Hoard Sets
As mentioned, the Spring 2025 Heroes’ Hoard is one of the highlights of Dota 2’s Spring Forward Update . People interested in obtaining these chests must purchase them, which cost $2.99 per item. Each chest will contain at least one of the sets you are about to see below. There’s currently no way to earn these treasures in-game.
All Sets In The Spring 2025 Heroes’ Hoard
Mariposa Mori – Muerta

It’s been a while since Dota 2 fans had access to a new Muerta set. Mariposa Mori features several eye-popping colors, a loading screen, and ambient effects.
School of the Solar Fang – Marci

Marci’s set is definitely something that people will either love or hate. Unlike the previous one, it does not come with loading screens or ambient effects.
Wasteland Rattler – Snapfire

This is one of our favorite sets from the Spring 2025 Heroes’ Hoard. The giant mechanical lizard looks amazing, and it definitely makes Snapfire more interesting.
Red Dawn – Dawnbreaker

Dawnbreaker’s set is also among the coolest options on the list. The flaming hammer makes the hero look amazing and the set comes with its own loading screen and ambient effects.
Taurhorn Terror – Spirit Breaker

As if Spirit Breaker wasn’t intimidating enough, the new sets make him feel even more dangerous. As soon as you see the horn coming at you, you know that it is too late.
Shadow Stalker (Exile Unveiled Persona) – Phantom Assassin

Shadow Stalker is the most interesting item on the list yet because it’s a persona set that changes Phantom Assassin. This amazing item comes with a loading screen, ambient effects, custom effects, a new model, new sounds, and a new icon.
Spellbreaker’s Braid (Disciple’s Path Persona) – Anti-Mage

Like Phantom Assassin’s item, Anti-Mage’s new chest is related to the hero’s persona. Spellbreaker’s Braid will make AM look like an assassin/warrior, and it comes with ambient effects, a new model, and new sound effects.
The Burning Sentinel – Huskar

Everyone knows that Huskar is one of the most dangerous heroes in Dota 2, and this set makes him look even more evil. It’s definitely not something that you want to see in your lane. People who have access to the set will get a new animation and ambient effects.
Urchin of Kazim (Acolyte of the Lost Arts Persona) – Invoker

If you have Invoker’s persona and always liked Aladdin, this is definitely an item that you will enjoy. Urchin of Kazim offers new animation, sound effects, custom effects, ambient effects, a new model, and a new icon.
Seeker of the Crescent Wheel – Luna

Luna’s new item will most likely become many people’s personal favorite. Her mount looks amazing and is one of our favorites. If you get this from the Spring 2025 Heroes’ Hoard, you will also find new customer effects and ambient effects.
Rot-Iron Ripper – Necrophos

Necrophos is one of the Dota 2 heroes that often has amazing sets, and this one is no exception. The mechanical-looking scythe and all of the other elements make him look even more annoying than he already is. Also, the new set comes with new animations.
The Molten Fist – Axe

Most of Ax’s sets look good, and this one isn’t an exception. The Motel Fist offers a loading screen and ambient effects, which make the hero look very dangerous.
Pallbringer (Rare) – Earthshaker

This is the first rare item that you can get from the Spring 2025 Heroes’ Hoard. Pallbringer makes Earthshaker look even more beefy, and it’s safe to say it is his best-looking set so far. The set also comes with a loading screen, ambient and custom effects, as well as a new icon.
Rotzo the Clown (Rare) (Emote Included) – Pudge

If you’ve seen the movie “IT”, this set will be your favorite. Rotzo the Clown is the second rare bonus reward that you can get from this chest, and it’s definitely something that Pudge’s fans will love. Frankly we’re surprised wasn’t using the Toy Butcher persona, but then again, they’ve already given us three this treasure, and the Toy Butcher was available during the Winter 2024 Heroes Hoard only a few months agi.
Serket of the Black Sands (Ultra-Rare) – Sandking

Sand King’s set is a very rare bonus drop from the Spring 2025 Heroes’ Hoard . Fans of Ancient Egypt will love this set, which makes Sand King look like a futuristic Pharaoh. The set comes with ambient effects, custom effects, and a new icon.
Cannonroar Confessor (Ultra-Rare) – Lion

This is one of the more tamed-down sets found in this chest, but finally it definitely makes the hero look amazing. This set will offer new custom and ambient effects, voice lines, a hero icon, sound effects, and even a new animation.
