You have to farm a ton of XP and the fastest way to level up the battle pass is by participating in events, completing weekly challenges, tournaments, finishing contracts, etc. When you have enough XP, head to the battle pass section to obtain this new perk.
However, it’s worth noting that you have to equip it by heading to the COD Mobile loadout section located at the bottom of the main screen.
