The MLBB anniversary update will be released worldwide on Sept. 29. This update will introduce players to new events in and outside the game. Currently, one of the community events is the Treasure of Tower event. Fans can participate in and complete certain challenges during the event to unlock real-world prizes. This update will also include the release of a new Hero Suyuo, whose unique mechanic is the two forms it can swap into during a match.
The MLBB Battlefield Draft is a new event that will be launched during this update. Within this, there will be temporary buffs and changes in specific mechanics during a match in MLBB. For example, during the River Surge modifier, the duration of the river current movement buff is greatly extended. A river current will be created before the lord has spawned within the map and after he is slayed.

MLBB Battlefield Draft is a draft exclusive to the ranked game mode. Therefore, it will only be available for Epic or higher lobbies within the game. The Battlefield modifiers will be decided by the votes from the community within MLBB. This will be done through a unique interface in the game’s settings.

The main intention of this event is to revamp the gameplay experience during a match and promote new playstyles within the game. Furthermore, MLBB recently launched a collaboration with Star Wars to create unique skins for certain heroes within the game.
