Fortnite has a long history of collabs but perhaps its most long-standing relationship is with Disney. We’ve been expecting even more Fortnite Disney announcements all season, and now we have a date to mark for the next big set of teasers.
Epic has always featured quite a bit of Disney content. Particularly with Marvel skins, which for a long time occupied a slot at the end of the Battle Pass whether they were relevant or wanted. However, with the recent Disney Fortnite deal they’ve gotten even closer.
We’re currently coming off a whole season of Marvel characters. One which saw an Incredibles crossover and Disney villain skins. However, we don’t know much about the plans for Chapter 6 and beyond, outside of a dedicated Disney game mode being in the works. These upcoming Fortnite Disney announcements might clue us in on some of this.
It’s all taking place on November 9th, but what kind of thing is going to be revealed?

Disney Fortnite Announcements Planned on November 9th
Since the Disney Epic deal was revealed, Disney announcements have become a key source of information for what’s coming next in the game. Most recently we saw the D23 announcements. This included our reveal for Chapter 5 Season 4, tons of the skins featured, and even item store collabs that have only just arrived.
We know the next season will return us to Chapter 2, with Fortnite Remix. However, after that things are a bit more mysterious. We might get our first details on this at the upcoming D23 Brazil. While not as big as the one that saw the past announcements, there’s a good chance of something Fortnite-related being included on the schedule.
We’re expecting even more Disney skins to make their way into Fortnite over the coming seasons. What choices they’ll go for are still a mystery though. While a little further out, the dedicated metaverse for Disney content in Fortnite could get some more details here too.
Before we hear any of this, the Fortnite season will end and we’ll move to a new one. However, keep an eye out on November 9th, to see if any major news gets announced for the Battle Royale.
