FNCS Global Championship 2024 Results – Day 1

If you’ve missed some of the games in the current FNCS Global Championship results, there’s one team far and away ahead. Peterbot and Pollo. The two were some of the best Fortnite players frequently. However, they’ve really stood out in the lobby so far. This pair has taken a lead of over 100 points just through the first day.

It’s not over yet though. Quite a few other squads have been gaining fast. Queasy and Th0masHD especially are here in second. They’ve got 295 points so far, in no small part thanks to the 105-pointer second game, one of the biggest single-game totals of the weeks. Not far behind in third is Flickzy and vic, followed by Chico and TruleX. While these Duos haven’t had as perfect of a run, they’re all close enough to still be in the running.

While the FNCS throughout the Chapter 5 Fortnite seasons have sometimes seen the halfway point show one team hugely ahead, we’re not seeing this at the International LAN. Instead, things look pretty open for our second day. We have a Duo far in the lead, but there’s still room for someone else to climb back up and ultimately claim the win.

Day 2 Could Change Everything

That’s the FNCS Global Championship 2024 results for Day 1. Day 2, though, is much heavier in the final scoring. For our second day points are worth 50% more.

This means the leads established so far will be considerably harder to hold onto unless players can keep their performance up for the second day. Keep an eye on the FNCS leaderboard as the matches finish up, as a Duo only needs a killer Sunday to upset the rankings and take the crown.
