Speaking of new features, the latest update has also removed a lot of them based on community feedback. Check out the article on everything that has been removed in the Squad Busters update to know more about it.
Action Emotes lets you automatically activate emotes
Before we jump into the new Action Emotes feature, it’s important to note that Style Tickets can now be obtained from the Gem Pass, rewards tracks, and events. Therefore, you have more opportunities to earn them, and in turn, use them to buy skins, and also, that’s right, emotes from the shop.

And to make up for all the new emotes you might unlock now, Supercell has introduced Action Emotes in the new Squad Busters update. As a part of this, you can assign emotes to specific actions, and they will be automatically triggered in-game when that activity is performed. You will still be able to use them manually whenever you like.
Squad Busters update adds 3 new characters and Lava World
The three new characters coming to the game in the new update are as follows:
Archer: Common class, attacker
Miner: Rare class, defender
Leon: Epic class, speedster
Be sure to check out our guide on how to get new characters in Squad Busters. The new world event is called Lava World, and Supercell says that it will be easier to complete this time. However, be quick as the event will only last a week in the game.

In the Lava World, you can battle with monsters to obtain the three new characters without spending a dime, but definitely breaking a little sweat. The world brings three new mods to the game as follows:
Crystal Forest: You start the game as a huge Hero Greg with your goal being to chop magic trees throughout the map.
Timeout: Players will start the game with 200 gems. However, you will need to collect time to make it to the end of the game, and if you fail, it’s timeout.
Hatchling Herder: In this, you have to capture and protect the hatchlings, and they will follow you where you go. Be careful, though, as they can easily be stolen.
Gem Pass gets a new bank

With MEGAs gone in the latest Brawl Stars update, the MEGA bank at the end of the Gem Pass is being replaced with the Pinata Bank. Therefore, any new Gems you receive after completing the pass will give you different rewards from this new bank.
Supercell has also revealed the next two seasons in the game, namely the Burgers & Bullets Season and Monster Madness. The update is also set to bring a lot of new skins for players.
