Blizzard Entertainment has revealed the Blizzard Showcase, a new series of presentations promising announcements, updates, and teasers from across its biggest franchises.

Kicking off what Blizzard is calling “The Next Chapter,” the showcase arrives as part of the company’s broader 35th anniversary celebrations. Blizzard confirmed the event will spotlight key moments, releases, and memories from its history while also teasing what comes next.

Rather than a single broadcast, the Blizzard Showcase will be split into individual, franchise-focused streams, each hosted on their respective YouTube and Twitch channels.

Each presentation will air live and remain available on demand once concluded.

While Blizzard has not detailed specific announcements, the framing of the event — combined with the proximity of BlizzCon 2026 — suggests the Showcase will serve as a preview of what’s to come for the franchises.

Notably, the trailer’s closing graphic has already sparked speculation, as it features logos for StarCraft and Heroes of the Storm, two franchises that have remained relatively quiet in recent years. Blizzard has made no explicit announcements tied to either title, but their inclusion has not gone unnoticed by fans.

However, where they fit into this schedule is unclear: with spotlight sessions on each of their biggest titles, it may be that the logos were simply included because they are still IPs under the Blizzard banner, rather than a hint of new updates.
