The FNCS is Fortnite’s biggest tournament, and this weekend saw a major step towards the current season’s conclusion. The FNCS Major 3 Semi-Finals NA Central had some unexpected results in places.
There are two major regions in the FNCS right now, EU and NA. While everyone gets entry to the international LAN, it’s these two lobbies that decide the bulk of our players at end of Chapter event thanks to their concentration of the top Fortnite players. In NA Central, there are tons of major players trying their hand at the game.
These Semis decide who will compete in our Finals coming up soon. Each of the players who make it through is already in the upper echelons of Fortnite players. However, only 100 can take their slots. Who has been locked in to take part in the Grand Finale?

FNCS Major 3 Semi-Finals NA Results
Some of the standout players in the early first round of the semis in this region were Peterbot and Pollo. Some of the biggest names in Fortnite esports, but coming in first for the first Semis is still a major achievement.
In second was Avivv and Bugha. Bugha famously won the Fortnite World Cup, but since then he’s periodically floated back to dominate the FNCS too. He’s the type of player who fans are often quick to write off as done, but his continued wins show that’s dangerous, he definitely could go all the way.
In the next few rounds of the Semis we saw more players secure their spots. Once the 100 top players are all in one lobby, things will be unpredictable. With this roster of Duos, we’re set for an exciting finale to Chapter 5 Season 3’s FNCS.
